Sally Charendoff
LICSW
Clinical Director & Therapist
(she/her)
I love working with 20- and 30-somethings to address a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, dating, relationships, sexuality, trauma, substance use, ADHD, grief, life transitions, and identity development.
Why Sally?
I am an interactive, curious, and dedicated therapist who above all is committed to making sure my clients feel safe, affirmed, and supported. While I tailor our work to your individual needs, my approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. As an artist as well, I enjoy drawing on my clients’ unique creative strengths to help them communicate complex feelings using visual art, music, and writing if desired.

Therapeutic Approach
My goal is to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients as a foundation to create lasting change. Life as a young adult can be hard, but therapy doesn’t have to be! I’m here to help you create a life of balance, fulfillment, and joy. I look forward to working with you to build a life where you’re no longer just surviving, but truly thriving!
I strive to help my clients better understand themselves, learn to problem solve, and find healthy ways to integrate their life experiences into a strengths-based, empowering self-narrative.
