Do you offer reduced fees?
We understand that starting therapy is a financial commitment. In order to make our services accessible to more people, we offer a sliding scale fee on a limited, as-needed basis. Please inquire for more information.
How do I pay for sessions?
We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA accounts, cash, and personal checks. We do require a credit card on file to book sessions, and payment is due at the time of service.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider, but offer courtesy billing as an effort to help our clients maximize their out-of-network benefits and to take the hassle out of reimbursement. This means full session fees are paid upfront, and we can then file a claim on your behalf, as a courtesy, to have your insurance company reimburse you directly. Many of our clients are able to receive reimbursement ranging from 30%-80% of session fees. Our Client Care Coordinator, Lexi, can instantly check your benefits for you during your phone consultation! We also accept Health Saving Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for payment.
How do I know if I have out-of-network benefits?
We can now check this for you instantly over the phone! For a more in-depth understanding of your benefits, we also suggest contacting your insurance company directly.
