Young adulthood can feel like a constant in-between, holding your past while trying to shape what comes next. You may be stepping into new roles, figuring out who you are, and navigating the pressure of what your life “should” look like. I work with you to make sense of it all, exploring your values, identity, and core beliefs so you can move toward a life that feels more grounded, clear, and aligned.

Why helena?

My path toward therapy was shaped by navigating mental health challenges in my own life, and strengthened through years of hospital-based and community mental health care. Working closely with patients and families deepened my respect for the complexity of this process and reinforced my commitment to providing grounded, compassionate support.

Therapeutic Approach

My work is strengths-based and collaborative, focused on helping clients strengthen boundaries, deepen connection, and build greater self-compassion in ways that feel aligned with their values and sustainable over time.

I believe meaningful change begins with understanding patterns and developing a stronger sense of agency in how you respond and move forward. I take a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach and aim to meet you where you are with openness, curiosity, and care.

In my practice, I bring a calm presence, humility, and deep respect for the courage it takes to pursue change. My style is thoughtful and attuned, balancing reflection and practical guidance in a warm and attentive space where you feel seen and supported.
