Do you offer reduced fees?
We understand that starting therapy is a financial commitment. In order to make our services accessible to more people, we offer a sliding scale fee on a limited, as-needed basis. Please inquire for more information.
How do I pay for sessions?
We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA accounts, cash, and personal checks. We do require a credit card on file to book sessions, and payment is due at the time of service.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider, but offer courtesy billing as an effort to help our clients maximize their out-of-network benefits and to take the hassle out of reimbursement. This means full session fees are paid upfront, and we can then file a claim on your behalf, as a courtesy, to have your insurance company reimburse you directly. Many of our clients are able to receive reimbursement ranging from 30%-80% of session fees. We also accept Health Saving Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for payment.
How do I know if I have out-of-network benefits?
For an in-depth understanding of your benefits, we suggest contacting your insurance company directly.

Recommended questions:

• How much does my plan reimburse for out-of-network psychotherapy services? The procedure (CPT) codes most commonly used are 90791 (intake session), 90834 (individual therapy) or 90847 (couples therapy).

• Do I need to reach an out-of-network deductible first? If so, how much is my deductible?

• Do I need a referral to psychotherapy from a physician in order to get reimbursed?

• How do I submit claims for reimbursement?

What are your office hours?
We offer sessions Monday through Friday from 9:00am-7:00pm. Please contact us directly for specific information about scheduling and the availability of each of our therapists.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule sessions, otherwise you will be charged the session fee. A credit card on file is required to book appointments, and payment is due on the day of service.
How long are sessions?
Standard sessions, including intakes, are 50 minutes. Other session times can be arranged with your therapist as needed.
Are you offering in-person services?
Yes! We are now offering both in-person and virtual sessions.
