Associate Therapist
(she/her)

A young woman with long dark hair, smiling, wearing a black sleeveless top with buttons, gold hoop earrings, and a delicate gold necklace, standing in front of a granite wall.

Having lived and trained across different cultural contexts, I know firsthand how identity, heritage, and environment can shape our mental health. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for all of my clients, and have a special interest in working with clients coming from first-generation, immigrant, and cross-cultural backgrounds.

Why disha?

I am a therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, and a culturally sensitive lens into the therapy room. I want my clients to feel seen, heard, and supported—especially those navigating identity exploration, life transitions, and the experience of living between cultures.

Together, we’ll build trust, explore what matters to you, and move toward growth that feels authentic and sustainable.

Specialties

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, and I love to integrate creative tools like art-based therapy to support expression and healing in ways that go beyond just talking.

I believe that healing begins when we meet ourselves with compassion instead of judgment, so in therapy with me, you’ll find a space where you can show up as you are.
