Associate Therapist
(she/her)

Being successful, capable, and the one everyone counts on can be exhausting — especially when it starts to feel isolating. I work with high-achieving professionals navigating major life transitions, questioning a relationship, or caught in patterns of perfectionism and people-pleasing, who are ready to figure out who they are underneath all the expectations. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative, so you don’t have to do it alone.

Why brooklyn?

I became a therapist because I believe healing happens in relationships. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to perform, have the right answers, or pretend that everything is fine. Together, we’ll make room for the hard things, while also making space to notice the little joys, celebrate your growth, and reconnect with the parts of life that feel meaningful.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing involves both the mind and the body. I draw from approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic practices, and I’m especially passionate about helping clients understand the patterns that keep them stuck — whether that looks like people-pleasing, perfectionism, or overthinking — and finding new ways to move through life with greater self-trust, compassion, and authenticity.

You don’t need to become a different version of yourself to feel better. You deserve a space where you can take a breath, put down some of the pressure you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with who you are beyond what you accomplish or what others need from you.

My goal is to create a space that feels warm, honest, and collaborative — a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.
